PRESENTATION Sister Cities Dr. Maxine Cain provided a presentation on the mission, visions, roles of the youth leaders and activities of the Sister Cities. The youth leaders presented testimonials. The Committee inquired into the youth division, the Elmhurst mural, reaching out to the youth in the schools, commerce investments and testimonial s from Mr. DeLuce, Dr. Davis and Mr. Hotshire.
