Motion: Morman Seconded by Stoken
Updates on the SSCIA Marketing Efforts- M3 Group
Stoken provided an update on her work with M3 on the brand and logo effort.
Angela from M3 presented the proposed brand and logo options for the
corridor.
Board members discussed the logistics of a possible event in the fall.

Public Comment
Chair Dowling moved the public comment up in agenda to respect the numerous
guest at the meeting. We went around the room and did introductions.
Bob Pena, an involved resident, advocated to the board to consider bicyclist
safety and tree preservation as they pursue future initiatives.
Mr. Abraham introduced himself as a real estate investor who owns some
properties along the corridor. He informed the board of a potential plan to bring
a food truck court to Saginaw St.
Presentation on the SSCIA Marketing Effort- M3
Angela Winkler initiated the Marketing Effort Presentation, updating the board on
M3 brand development work for the corridor. M3 plans to have another
presentation for the group soon.
Discussion on the 2025 Spending Plan
The board had a brief discussion on the categories of spending plans. They plan
to continue the conversation at the next meeting.
