Report by Suzanne Hackkett-Morgan, Arts Commission Chair, regarding monthly summary of current initiatives, cultural events and opportunities – All Wards 6. Presentation by Krystal Ramirez, Artist, regarding a design proposal for the Civic Center Plaza Second Sculpture Project, located at 525 South Main Street – Ward 3 (Diaz) 7. Presentation by David Ryan, Artist, regarding a design proposal for the Civic Center Plaza Second Sculpture Project, located at 525 South Main Street – Ward 3 (Diaz) 8. Discussion for possible action regarding the Civic Center Plaza Second Sculpture Project, located at 525 South Main Street (Not-to-Exceed $220,000 of the Percent for the Arts Fund) – Ward 3 (Diaz) 9. Report by Cultural Affairs staff regarding current Percent for the Arts projects – All Wards 10. Report by Cultural Affairs staff regarding updates to the Percent for the Arts Fund – All Wards 11. Report by Suzanne Hackett-Morgan, Arts Commission Chair, summarizing the Project Development Subcommittee Meeting of August 15, 2024 – All Wards 12. Discussion for possible action regarding the upcoming year’s projects and budget allocations (Not-to-Exceed $315,000 of the Percent for the Arts Fund) – All Wards 13. Discussion for possible action regarding the annual election of officers – All Wards 14. Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion of the agenda by individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion shall be limited to whether or not such proposed item are within the purview of the Commission and/or whether such proposed items shall be placed on a future agenda.
