Main Street - Ward 3 (Diaz) 6. 22-0145-CLC1 - Report by Brian Lovelin, Financial Analyst with the City of Las Vegas Finance Department, regarding the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial budget for Fiscal Year 2022 7. 22-0146-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding the termination of Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial Grant Number 20-0057-CLC1 awarded to the Neon Museum in the sum of $300,000 for expenses related to the creation of an Archives and Collections Management Center at the former Reed Whipple Cultural Center, located at 821 Las Vegas Boulevard North - Ward 5 (Crear), and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement Termination in the form presented and as approved by the City Attorney 8. 22-0147-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of Grant Modification Number 2, concerning Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial Grant Number 20-0058-CLC1, to the Nevada Preservation Foundation for the costs associated with conducting an in-depth survey of the Biltmore Bungalows, roughly bounded by Washington Avenue and Bonanza Road on the north and south and North Main Street and North 9th Street on the west and east - Ward 5 (Crear), and the research necessary to establish the neighborhood’s significance for local, state and national historic register nominations; to extend the grant deadline from “December 16, 2021” to “August 18, 2022”; and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Modification in the form presented and as approved by the City Attorney 9. 22-0148-CLC1 - Report by Nevada Preservation Foundation regarding an update on the Revolving Fund Historic Neighborhood Revitalization Program Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial March 28, 2022 - Page 1 10. 22-0149-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request by the Nevada Preservation Foundation in the amount of $25,000 for the costs associated with the planning and running of the Home + History 2022 Event, approving the form of the Grant Agreement, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney 11. 22-0150-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request by the Economic Opportunity Board of Clark County in the amount of $236,160 for the costs associated with the production of a documentary film about the 50-year history of KCEP Radio Station, located at 330 W. Washington Avenue, Suite 101 - Ward 5 (Crear), approving the form of the Grant Agreement, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney 12. 22-0151-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request by the City of Las Vegas, acting by and through its Public Works Department, in the amount of $361,860 for the restoration and installation of the Roulette Motel sign, to be located on Las Vegas Boulevard between Charleston Boulevard and Park Paseo - Ward 3 (Diaz), approving the form of the Grant Agreement, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney 13. 22-0152-CLC1 - Report by Diane Siebrandt, Executive Director of the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial, regarding completed and current projects and announcements relative to the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial 14. 22-0153-CLC1 - Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion of the agenda by individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion shall be limited to whether or not such proposed items are within the purview of the Commission and/or whether such proposed items shall be placed on a future agenda. No discussion regarding the substance of any such proposed topic shall occur and no action shall be taken. 15.
