4. For possible action to approve the Final Minutes by reference of the Regular Meeting of March 27, 2023
5. Report by City of Las Vegas Finance Department staff regarding the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial
budget for Fiscal Year 2023
6. 23-0230-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of Grant Modification Number 2, concerning
Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial Grant Number 22-0150-CLC1 to the Economic Opportunity Board of
Clark County for the costs associated with the production of a documentary film about the 50-year history of
KCEP Radio Station, located at 330 West Washington Avenue, Suite 101, to extend the grant deadline from
March 31, 2023 to November 30, 2023, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as
approved by the City Attorney - Ward 5 (Crear)
7. 23-0004-CLC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Final report by Kevin Buckley, Chairman from Old Time Reunion,
regarding the completion of the 2022 Old Time Reunion event, funded by the Commission for the Las Vegas
Centennial
8. 23-0140-CLC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Discussion regarding funding the Las Vegas Days Rodeo for two to three
years
9. 23-0204-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request for $99,975 by the City of
Las Vegas, acting by and through its Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs, for the costs
associated with a 100-year anniversary celebration with a parade and festival for the Historic Westside School,
located at 330 West Washington Avenue, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as
approved by the City Attorney - Ward 5 (Crear)
10. 23-0205-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request for $135,000 by the Board
of Regents, Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of UNLV (University of Nevada, Las Vegas) Public
History, for the costs associated with the creation of an app-based walking tour of historic sites in Downtown
Las Vegas, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney -

11. 23-0231-CLC1 - Report by Diane Siebrandt, Executive Director of the Commission for the Las Vegas
Centennial, regarding completed and current projects and announcements relative to the Commission for the
Las Vegas Centennial
12. 23-0232-CLC1 - Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion
of the agenda by individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion
shall be limited to whether or not such proposed items are within the purview of the Commission and/or whether
such proposed items shall be placed on a future agenda. No discussion regarding the substance of any such
proposed topic shall occur and no action shall be taken.
13. Citizens Participation: Public comment during this portion of the agenda must be limited to matters within the
jurisdiction of the Commission. No subject may be acted upon by the Commission unless that subject is on the
