For possible action to approve the Final Minutes by reference of the Regular Meeting of December 8, 2021 6. 21-0417-HPC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Discussion for possible action regarding accepting the final revised version of “The City of Las Vegas Historic Resource Survey Catalog” from Nevada Preservation Foundation 7. 22-0006-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of the submission of a grant request in the amount of $75,000 to the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial in order to support a variety of historic preservation initiatives lead by the Historic Preservation Commission 8. 22-0008-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of the submission of a grant request in the amount of $50,000 to the National Park Service Underrepresented Community Grant Program in order to hire a consultant to conduct a Historic Context and Reconnaissance Level Survey of a study area identified as Rafael Rivera, located in East Las Vegas, generally bounded by Bruce Street, Wengert Avenue, Mojave Road and Interstate-515 - Ward 3 (Diaz) 9. 22-0009-HPC1 - Report by the Department of Planning regarding an update on the Strategic Neighborhood Outreach Program 10. 22-0010-HPC1 - Report by the Department of Planning regarding background information on the John S.
