7. 22-0071-HPC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a Certificate of
Appropriateness Application for the installation of a window on the garage of property located at 1212 S. 7th
Street - Ward 3 (Diaz)
8. 22-0127-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding the approval of Contract Number: 220113-JH in the
amount of $65,000 for Kautz Environmental Consultants to conduct a Reconnaissance Level Survey of the
1950s and 1960s Charleston Heights Neighborhood, an area roughly bounded by South Rainbow Boulevard,

placed on a future agenda. No discussion regarding the substance of any such proposed topic shall occur and
no action shall be taken regarding the proposal.
17. Citizens Participation: Public comment during this portion of the agenda must be limited to matters within the
jurisdiction of the Commission. No subject may be acted upon by the Commission unless that subject is on the
agenda and is scheduled for action. If you wish to be heard, come forward and give your name for the record.
