Any member of the City Council may substitute for a member of the Recommending Committee at any time. Bill No. 2023-13 - For possible Action - Amends various provisions of LVMC Chapter 6.82 and Title 19.12 relating to smoking and vaping lounges and smoke or vape shops; to regulate hemp and hemp derived products, and revise related zoning provisions.
