For possible action to approve the Final Minutes by reference of the Regular Meeting of March 14, 2022 5. Report by Karen Schnog, Management Analyst II for the City of Las Vegas, regarding the Summary Budget Status Report for the Southern Nevada Community Project Fund 6. Discussion for possible action regarding appointment of two representatives of the Community to the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community (SNEC) Board from the following applicants: Dontae Scott, Felicia Hayes, Janice McNeal, John Stephens, Laverne Jackson, Michelle Taylor-Abney, Nathaniel Waugh, Shaquilla Eilets, and William Jernigan [NOTE: Applicants will have two minutes each to address the Board.] 7. ABEYANCE ITEM – Discussion for possible action regarding the updated Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) approved by the Strategy Committee 8. ABEYANCE ITEM – Presentation by John Edmond, U.S. Economic Development Agency (EDA), on the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community (SNEC) Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) 9. Discussion for possible action regarding a request for the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community (SNEC) Board’s support of The Learning Acceleration and Wraparound Services Grant, which was submitted to the Clark County School District by Nevada Partners 10. Presentation by Kathi Thomas, Director of Community Services, and Dr. Tammy Malich, Director of Youth Development and Social Innovation, City of Las Vegas, regarding infill housing in the Historic Westside and re- imagining James Gay Park 11. Presentation by Ryan Wheeler, Professional Engineer, Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), on NDOT’s Downtown Access Project 12. Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion of the agenda by individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion shall be limited to whether or not such proposed items are within the purview of the Board and/or whether such proposed items shall be placed on a future agenda.
