AGENDA MEETING CALLED TO ORDER STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OKLAHOMA OPEN MEETING ACT, 25 O.S. § 301-314 ROLL CALL INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS BUSINESS ITEMS A. Receive a presentation on the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act from the City Clerk. ACTION: Report only. Inquiries can be made to the City Clerk and discussion may take place. No action necessary. B. Discuss the creation of and/or adoption of Citizens Police Advisory Committee bylaws. ACTION: Motion to approve/amend/disapprove Citizens Police Advisory Committee Bylaws. C. Discuss potential solutions for community engagement and outreach and take action as deemed necessary. ACTION: Discussion and motion to approve/amend/disapprove potential solutions for community engagement and outreach. ADJOURNMENT "The City of Lawton encourages participation from all of its citizens.
