"Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. The
Authority may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, or continue
any agenda item. The Authority may also propose and enact floor
amendments to any matter presented before them. When more information is
needed to act on an item, the Authority may refer the matter to the City
Manager or the City Attorney. The Authority may also refer items to
standing committees of the Council or a board, commission, or authority for
additional study. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific
later date or stricken from the agenda entirely."

1. Consider making a recommendation to adopt an ordinance amendment for
Division 20-1-101, Article 20-1, Chapter 20 relating to Streets and Sidewalks,
revising the responsibility to maintain obstructions that are authorized.
2. Receive a report and consider options for a neighborhood traffic calming
measure at NW DeBracy near Hugh Bish school and take action as deemed
necessary.
3. Consider the citizen request for parking restrictions on the 1000 block of SW
C Ave and make a recommendation, as needed.
4. Consider the implementation of recommended traffic control devices in the
form of a forced turn island at the intersection of NW Cache Rd and NE 23rd
Street, at the north side of the intersection.
5. Consider making a recommendation to add a section to Lawton City Code,
2015, pertaining to streetlight requirements.
6. Consider recommending approval of pavement rehabilitation for Lee Blvd
from SW 67th Street to SW 52nd Street, including associated improvements
such as sidewalk enhancements and traffic control upgrades, and inclusion of
the project in the 2026 Pavement Rehabilitation Program.
