Old Business 10.1 Ordinance No. 23-6887, second reading, to amend the Official Zoning Atlas of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, by changing an unaddressed property on Maddox-Simpson Parkway from IP - Planned Business/Industrial Park to IH - Heavy Industrial in Ward 3, (Request by Jones Bros Contractors, LLC) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 8-0 at their September 26, 2023 meeting). (item for training) Approve on second reading Motion to approve was made, but then concerns were raised and the motion was withdrawn. Further discussions....second motion was brought to the floor.
