The proposed amendments also sets forth timing provisions and processes for such reviews. 210348 Text Amendments to Section 150.001 through 017 and 150.035 of Village Code: General Provisions and Local Amendments to the 2018 International Residential Code Staff proposes local code amendments which would provide clarity and would: 1. Clarify the Code scope, intent, and applicability; 2. Amend definitions to “attached dwelling”; 3. Amend code provisions for climatic and geographical design criteria; 4. Amend and clarify definition and design criteria for landscape retaining walls; 5. Amend, delete and/or replace provisions of 150.035 as it pertains to exempted work from permit requirements; and 6.
