The Monday, June 20, 2016 special meeting of the Lombard Board of
Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 4:05 p.m. in the Lombard
Village Hall Lilac Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois.

It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to recess to executive session at 4:10
p.m. Motion carried.
N. Reconvene
The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners reconvened at 4:20 p.m.

Fire Chief, Paul DiRienzo
Fire Chief, Patrick Gericke
Assistant Fire Chief, Jerry Howell
Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne
Fire Administrative Coordinator, Pamm Cooper
It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to approve conditional offers of
employment for firefighter candidates, Robert Blockinger, Alex Putz
and Kyle Straughn. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman
William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to
approve background check for firefighter candidate Kevin Wnek.
Motion carried.
O. Adjournment
It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to adjourn the special meeting of the
Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners at 4:35 p.m.
Motion carried.
