Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Thursday, July 7, 2016 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 4:20 p.m. in the Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Guests: Interim Fire Chief, Patrick Gericke Assistant Fire Chief, Jerry Howell Fire Administrative Coordinator, Pamm Cooper Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to recess to executive session at 4:22 p.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 4:42 p.m. Present: Chairman, William Dunne Vice Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Guests: Interim Fire Chief, Patrick Gericke Assistant Fire Chief, Jerry Howell Fire Administrative Coordinator, Pamm Cooper Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to extend final offers of employment to firefighter candidates, Robert Blockinger, Alex Putz and Kevin Wnek. Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice Chairman Thomas Rachubinski to deny final offer of employment to firefighter candidate, Kyle Straughn. Motion carried. O.
