Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Monday, June 5, 2017 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 7:00 a.m. in the Police Chief's Conference Room, 235 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Police Chief, Raymond Byrne Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Chief, Tom Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte Detective Sherie Eakins Detective Brad Bichel C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman Ken Florey to recess to executive session at 7:01 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 7:11 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Police Chief, Raymond Byrne Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Chief, Tom Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte Detective Sherie Eakins Detective Brad Bichel It was moved by Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman Ken Florey, to deny conditional offers of employment to police candidates, Angelic Rosales, Clint Woods, Dale Jeon and Michael Provenzano. Motion carried. O.
