Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, September 1, 2017 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 7:30 a.m. in the Lombard Police Department Chief's Conference Room, 235 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Thomas Rachubinski, Chairman Kyle Dolan, Secretary Guests: Deputy Chief of Police, Thomas Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary Kyle Dolan to recess to executive session to review conditional offer of employment for a police candidate at 7:31 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 7:34 a.m. Present: Thomas Rachubinski, Chairman Kyle Dolan, Secretary Guests: Deputy Chief of Police, Thomas Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary Kyle Dolan to approve the conditional offer of employment for police candidate, Joseph Stegeman.
