The Thursday, September 14, 2017 special meeting of the Lombard
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 4:51 p.m. in the
Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard,
Illinois.

It was moved by Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman Kenneth Florey to recess to executive session to review final
offers of employment for police candidates at 4:52 p.m. Motion carried.
N. Reconvene
The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners reconvened at 4:56 p.m.

Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey
Guests:
Police Chief, Roy Newton
Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte
It was moved by Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman Kenneth Florey to approve final offers of employment for police
candidates, Alexander Martino, Michael Vazquez and Joseph Stegeman.
Motion carried.
O. Adjournment
It was moved by Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice
Chairman Kenneth Florey to adjourn the special meeting of the Lombard
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners at 4:58 p.m. Motion carried.
