Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Tuesday, August 14, 2018 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Lombard Police Department, Chief's Conference Room, 235 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Unfinished Business K. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:02 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:13 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to extend a conditional offer of employment to firefighter/paramedic Bryan LaForge and a final offer of employment for Matthew Rutten. Motion carried. O.
