Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:02 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:04 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Deputy Chief, Tom Wirsing Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to extend a final offer of employment to police candidate, Matthew Kazy-Garey. Motion carried. O.
