Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, November 15, 2019 meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Deputy Chief of Police, Tom Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills The Board received Invoice#SA000042390 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $395.00 for a personality evaluation for a firefighter/paramedic candidate. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to approve payment of the bill. Motion carried. F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Unfinished Business The Board will discuss changes to the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners Rules and Regulations at next month's meeting as a Board member was absent at the November 15, 2019 meeting. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to executive session at 8:03 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:07 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Deputy Chief of Police, Tom Wirsing Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend a conditional offer of employment to firefighter/paramedic Michael Batiz.
