Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Wednesday, February 26, 2020 meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Deputy Chief of Police, Joe Grage Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Fire Administrative Coordinator, Sheila York Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to approve the minutes from the Regular Meeting on January 24, 2020. Motion carried. D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills The Board received Invoice#SA000042673 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $395.00 for a personality evaluation for a firefighter/paramedic candidate; and Invoice#00114972 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount of $220.00 for medical treatment for a firefighter/paramedic candidate. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to approve payment of all bills. Motion carried. F. Unfinished Business It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to extend a final offer of employment to firefighter/paramedic candidate Andrew Kasules. Motion carried. K. New Business It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to promote Firefighter/Paramedic Tim Hillesheim to Fire Lieutenant. Motion carried. The fire promotional vendor selection is moved to the next meeting. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to approve the 2020 Police Officer Eligibility List and the 2020 Police Officer Lateral Eligibility List.
