Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, March 20, 2020 Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:05 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Unfinished Business It was moved by Vice President, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the new vendor testing company for the Fire Lieutenant promotional testing process.
