Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, April 22, 2022 Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:01 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Chief, Rick Sander Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills The Board received Invoice# SA000049803 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $1699.46 for the 2022 Entry Level and Lateral Hire Police Officer Oral Interview process. It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of the bill. Motion carried. F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Correspondence The Board received a memorandum from Village Manager, Scott Niehaus authorizing to proceed with the hiring of 5 firefighters, 7 police officers and to promote 2 Police Sergeants. J. Unfinished Business It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the 2022 Final Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility List. Motion carried. K. New Business L. Other Business M. Executive Session N. Reconvene O.
