B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to adjourn to executive session at 8:06 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:08 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Roy Newton Fire Chief, Rick Sander Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Secretary, Kyle Dolan seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to extend final offers of employment to police candidates, Trevino Fukar, Kinga Stanek and Jonathan Sanchez. Motion carried. O.
