Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, March 10, 2023 Special Meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Deputy Fire Chief, Ray Kickert Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence The Board received a copy of a memorandum addressed to Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski from Village Manager, Scott Niehaus authorizing to proceed with the hiring of 1 police officer, promoting 1 police officer to police sergeant and one police sergeant to police lieutenant. New Business It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski to approve the Initial Police Officer Eligibility List, Final Police Officer Lateral List and the Initial Firefighter/Paramedic Eligibility List. Motion carried. L. Other Business M. Executive Session N. Reconvene O.
