Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Thursday, May 25, 2023 meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Fire Chief, Rick Sander Police Deputy Chief, Benny Ranallo Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on March 22, 2023, special meeting on April 5, 2023, special meeting on April 14, 2023, special meeting on April 25, 2023 and special meeting on May 15, 2023. New Business It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the deletion changes to the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners Rules and Regulations, Article XIV, Section 14.1 through and including Section 14.14. Motion carried. L. Other Business M. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to adjourn to executive session at 8:07 a.m. Motion carried. Reconvene The meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 8:25 a.m. Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Fire Chief, Rick Sander Police Deputy Chief, Benny Ranallo Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to send denial letters of employment to police candidates, Garrett Stern, Joshua Spalding, Adrian Martinez (0733), Enrique Garza, Joshua Garcia, Marcos Collazo, Efrain Arzola, Nyome Zavala and Adrian Martinez (1074). Motion carried. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend conditional offers of employment to police candidates, Tomasz Brodzik, Dominik Wojs and Jack Zumpano. Motion carried. O.
