Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Monday, August 14, 2023 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:05 a.m. in the Chief's Conference Room at the Lombard Police Department, 235 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Tom Wirsing Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Unfinished Business It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to extend a final offer of employment to police candidate, Daniel Spevak. Motion carried. K.
