Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, April 26, 2024 regular meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Village of Lombard Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Fire Chief, Rick Sander Fire Deputy Chief, George Hyland Fire Deputy Chief, Nathan Gac Human Resources Director, Kathleen Dunne Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve the minutes from the February 9, 2024 Special Meeting, March 15, 2024 Special Meeting and April 3, 2024 Special Meeting. Motion carried. D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills The Board received Invoice#00180127 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount of $864.00 for pre-employment medical testing for a police candidate, Invoice#00180167 from Elmhurst Occupational Health in the amount of $864.00 for pre-employment medical testing for a police candidate, Invoice#C59075A from IOS in the amount of $2,335.00 for firefighter/paramedic entry level applications and testing process and Invoice#SA000056612 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $495.00 for a personality evaluation for a firefighter/paramedic. It was moved by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of all bills. Motion carried.
