Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, April 18, 2025 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Police Chief's Conference Room, 235 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois 60148. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey Secretary, Kyle Dolan Guests: Police Chief, Joe Grage Fire Chief, Rick Sander Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Blankenship C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills The Board received Invoice#SA000060745 from Stanard & Associates in the amount of $3,266.95 for 2025 Entry-Level and Lateral Oral Interviews for Police Officers assessor training and scoring; 6 Invoices from COPS and FIRE Personnel Testing in the amount of $3375.00 for 15 polygraph examinations for police officer candidates. It was moved by Chairman, Thomas Rachubinski, seconded by Secretary, Kyle Dolan to approve payment of all bills. Motion carried. F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Correspondence The Board received a copy of a oral reprimand from Deputy Fire Chief Gac to a firefighter/paramedic. J. Unfinished Business It was moved by Secretary, Kyle Dolan, seconded by Vice Chairman, Kenneth Florey to extend a final offer of employment to police officer candidate, Samuel Ayala. Motion carried.
