Hogan, Molly O'Toole, Greg Gron, and Brigitte O'Brien 1.0 Call To Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. 3.0 Public Participation None 4.0 Approval of Minutes It was moved by O'Brien, seconded by Hogan, to approve the minutes of the November 11th, 2010 meeting. The motion carried by a voice vote 5.0 BOLI Consent Agenda 100663 Special Assessment 217C, Certificate of Final Cost and Completion This Matter was approved on the Consent Agenda. Passed The Consent Agenda 6.0 Unfinished Business 7.0 New Business 8.0 Other Business 9.0 Information The current draft of the CIP has the next project (SA 221 - Charles Ln, Vance, Willow, and Hickory) programmed in FY 2014. Engineering is anticipated to start in the spring of 2012. BOLI will be informed as to how future Special Assessments are programmed into the CIP once the CIP is formally adopted by the Village B.O.T. 10.
