Schwab, Staff Liaison BOLI Board of Local Improvements Minutes December 4, 2013 1.0 Call To Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. 2.0 Roll Call Present 3 - Trustee Bill Ware, Keith Giagnorio, and Molly O'Toole Absent 1 - Sharon Kuderna Staff Present: Carl Goldsmith, Director of Public Works 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Molly O'Toole, seconded by President Keith Giagnorio, that the Minutes of the December December 9, 2010 and the April 5, 2012 meetings be approved. The motion carried unanimously. 5.0 BOLI Consent Agenda 130602 Special Assessment No. 213 - Rebate Declaration of rebate in the amount of $287,545.69 to be transferred into the Capital Project Fund to be used to pay the Public Benefit Assessment relative to future Special Assessment projects. (DISTRICT #1) *Special Assessment 213 project area included West (Woodland to Pleasant), Windsor (West to Broadview), Woodland (West to Route 53), Eugenia (cul-de-sacs off Glenview) and Troy (Troy to Broadview).* A motion was made by President Keith Giagnorio, seconded by Molly O'Toole, to approve this matter. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 6.0 Unfinished Business 7.0 New Business 8.0 Other Business 9.0 Information Village of Lombard Page 1 BOLI Board of Local Improvements Minutes December 4, 2013 Goldsmith mentioned to the Board that the next Special Assessment to be done will encompass the streets west of Finley Road. This project is tentatively scheduled to be constructed in 2017. 10. Adjournment 0 A motion was made by Molly O'Toole, seconded by President Keith Giagnorio, that there being no further business the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried unanimously.
