Schwab, Staff Liaison BOLI Board of Local Improvements Minutes March 6, 2014 1.0 Call To Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order by President Ware at 6:30 p.m. 2.0 Roll Call Present 4 - Trustee Bill Ware, Keith Giagnorio, Molly O'Toole, and Angel Diaz Absent 1 - Sharon Kuderna 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Molly O'Toole, seconded by Angel Diaz, that the Minutes of the December 4, 2013 meeting be approved. The motion carried unanimously. 7.0 Unfinished Business 8.0 New Business 140086 Special Assessment 216 Rebate Declaration of rebate in the amount of $283,690.52 to be transferred into the Public Benefit Fund to be used to pay the Public Benefit Assessment relative to future Special Assessment projects. (DISTRICT #6) *Special Assessment 216 project area included Ahrens & School (Wilson to Norton) and Norton (Ahrens to Westmore)* A motion was made by Angel Diaz, seconded by Keith Giagnorio, that this matter be approved. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 9.0 Other Business 10. Information 0 11.
