Schwab, Staff Liaison BOLI Board of Local Improvements Minutes April 2, 2015 1.0 Call To Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order by President Ware at 7:15 PM. 2.0 Roll Call Present 5 - Bill Ware, Keith Giagnorio, Sharon Kuderna, Molly O'Toole, and Angel Diaz 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Vice President Keith Giagnorio, seconded by Molly O'Toole, that the Minutes of the March 6, 2014 meeting be aapproved. The motion carried unanimously. 5.0 BOLI Consent Agenda 150143 Special Assessment No. 214A - Rebate Declaration of rebate in the amount of $50,055.77 to be transferred into the Capital Project Fund to be used to pay the Public Benefit Assessment relative to future Special Assessment projects. (DISTRICT #6) *Special Assessment 214A project area included Harrison Road from Route 53 to Finley Road* A motion was made by Molly O'Toole, seconded by Vice President Keith Giagnorio, that this matter be approved.
