Schwab, Staff Liaison BOLI Board of Local Improvements Minutes February 4, 2016 1.0 Call To Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order by Keith Giagnorio at 6:15 p.m. 2.0 Roll Call Present 5 - Bill Ware, Keith Giagnorio, Sharon Kuderna, Molly O'Toole, and Angel Diaz Staff Present: Carl Goldsmith, Director of Public Works 3.0 Public Participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Molly O'Toole, seconded by Bill Ware, that the Minutes of the April 2, 2015 meeting be approved. The motion carried unanimously. 5.0 BOLI Consent Agenda 160054 Special Assessment No. 218 - Rebate Declaration of rebate in the amount of $83,135.12. As the Public Benefit Assessment exceeds the amount of the rebate, 84.81% will be transferred into the Capital Project Fund and 15.19% will be transferred into the Debt Service Fund to be used to pay the Public Benefit Assessment relative to future Special Assessment projects. (DISTRICT #6) *Special Assessment 218 project area included Grace from Central to the dead end, Central from Stewart to Fairfield and Fairfield from Central to Roosevelt. A motion was made by Bill Ware, seconded by Sharon Kuderna, that this matter be approved.
