Village of Lombard Page 1 Community Relations Committee Minutes January 8, 2018 6.0 New Business 180021 Social Media Archiving Staff will present a recommendation to the Committee regarding a social media archiving tool used to archive public records. Staff presented on the practice of social media archiving and its importance to maintain FOIA compliance. The Committee unanimously agreed to contract Page Freezer for social media archiving for 1 year, with the option to renew. 180022 2018 Youth Leadership Program Discuss the current status of the Youth Leadership Program. Committee members requested staff to pursue the 2018 Youth Leadership Program. Staff will make a video and continue to promote the 2018 program. 7.0 Other Business None. 8.0 Information Only None. 9.0 Adjournment A motion was made by Ahmed Ali, seconded by Barb Ware, to adjourn the meeting at 7:47 p.m. The motion passed by a unanimous vote.
