Village Hall Village of Lombard 255 East Wilson Ave. Lombard, IL 60148 villageoflombard.org Minutes Community Relations Committee Trustee Dan Militello - Chairperson Trustee Bill Ware - Alternate Chairperson, Pamela Bedard, Ahmed Ali, Michael Ledonne, Sharon Vish, Barb Ware, Gladys Piper, Anthony Pacilli and Kristen Kielma Staff Liaison - Avis Meade Monday, April 12, 2021 7:00 PM Village Board Room 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order by Chairperson by Dan Militello at 7:01 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by committee member Anthony Pacilli. 2.0 Roll Call Present 7 - Dan Militello, Pamela Bedard, Sharon Vish, Barbara Ware, Gladys Piper, Michael Ledonne, and Anthony Pacilli Absent 2 - Ahmed Ali, and Kristen Kielma Also present: Village of Lombard Communications Specialist, Kate Burke and Staff Liaison, Avis Meade. 3.0 Public Participation NONE. 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Michael Ledonne, seconded by Pam Bedard, to approve the minutes of the January 11, 2021, committee meeting. The motion passed unanimously. 5.0 Old Business NONE. Village of Lombard Page 1 Community Relations Committee Minutes April 12, 2021 6.0 New Business 210125 Technology Updates for Village Board Room and Community Room at Village Hall Village staff will present information regarding technology upgrades related to the Village's broadcast of Village Board meetings, Plan Commission meetings and internal presentations. Kate Burke provided a presentation to the committee, regarding ongoing technological issues caused by necessary upgrades to the Village Board Room. Dan Militello asked for a motion to approve Technology Update Project. approved 210126 2021 Page Freezer Contract Renewal The Committee will review the Village's Page Freezer contract for approval. The Committee discussed Page Freezer’s social media archival service and agreed to renew the contract. A motion was made by Anthony Pacilli, seconded by Barb Ware to approve the contract with Page Freezer through March 14, 2022. The motion passed by unanimous vote. 210127 2021 Lilac Time Photo Contest The Committee will review options and raise suggestions for the 2021 Photo Contest. The Committee recommended a focus on Best Lilac Photos for the 2021 Photo Contest. The committee will select winners at their June 14th meeting. 7.0 Other Business NONE. 8.0 Information Only NONE.
