Village Hall Village of Lombard 255 East Wilson Ave. Lombard, IL 60148 villageoflombard.org Minutes Downtown TIF District Joint Review Board Meeting Thursday, August 9, 2018 10:00 AM Village Hall - Community Room 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by President Giagnorio. 2.0 Roll Call Present: Laura Berens (District 87), John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Tim Sexton, Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development; 3.0 Public Participation There was no public participation 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by John Dillon, seconded by Keith Giagnorio, to approve the minutes of the August 11, 2017 meeting. The motion passed by unanimous consent of the members present. 5.0 Appointment of the Public Member of the Joint Review Board On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, with a second by Laura Berens, John Dillon was appointed the public member. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 6.0 Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business Village of Lombard Page 1 Downtown TIF District Joint Review Minutes August 9, 2018 Board Meeting 7.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2017 and reviewed the report. The TIF spent money on usual expenses and completed two façade grants at 104 E. St. Charles Rd and 132 W. St. Charles Rd. Mr. Heniff noted the 101 S. Main Street RFP and said there could be future TIF expenses for this project. 8.0 Other Business There was no other business 9.0 Information Only None 10.
