Plum Memorial Library District Public Member Downtown TIF District Joint Review Minutes August 30, 2021 Board Meeting 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Call to Order 9:30 AM by President Giagnorio 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Tim Sexton, Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development; 3.0 Public Participation None 4.0 Approval of Minutes Approval of minutes: On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by John Dillon, the August 7, 2020 minutes were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Unfinished Business None 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2020 and reviewed the report. She said a façade and restaurant grant were given to Rosemary and Jean’s restaurant at 116 S Main Street. Money was also spent on the Park Avenue Patio project. 27 and 29 S Main Street were removed from the TIF, due to the property owner being a new Trustee. Holladay Properties is under construction for Lilac Station at 101 S Main Street. Mr. Heniff said the TIF will expire in 2024 and noted that Holladay Properties did receive a TIF incentive. 7.0 Other Business 8.0 Information Only 9.0 Adjournment Motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by John Dillon.
