Plum Memorial Library District Public Member Downtown TIF District Joint Review Minutes November 2, 2022 Board Meeting 1.0 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Call to Order 9:00 AM by President Giagnorio 2.0 Roll Call Present: John Dillon (public member), Keith Giagnorio (Village of Lombard), Nadia Hajduk (York Township) Village Staff: Jennifer Ganser, Assistant Director of Community Development; Tim Sexton, Director of Finance; William Heniff, Director of Community Development; Rhona Heabel, Assistant Director of Finance 3.0 Public Participation None 4.0 Approval of Minutes On a motion by Keith Giagnorio, second by John Dillon, the August 30, 2021 minutes were approved. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Unfinished Business None 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2021 and reviewed the report. She said grants were paid to Nacho Rita, Rebel, and Coordior. Gnarly Knots received grant approval and hopefully that will be paid in 2022. They are expected to be open soon. She noted that Lilac Station was moving along and a brewery will open in a portion of the 109 S. Main Street building. There will be a downtown sidewalk project in 2023 that will be funded from the TIF.
