Overview of Joint Review Board Statutory Duties in regard to the proposed First Amendment to the TIF Plan for the Butterfield-Yorktown Tax Increment Financing District (Thomas P. Bayer of Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd) 2. Overview of the proposed First Amendment to the TIF Plan for the Butterfield-Yorktown Tax Increment Financing District (Village Staff and Thomas P. Bayer of Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd.) 3. Public Comments 4. Joint Review Board Question and Answer Period (including requests for any additional information for the next Joint Review Board meeting. if necessary) 5. Scheduling next meeting of the Joint Review Board or making a Recommendation to the Lombard Village Board Thomas Bayer gave an overview of the statutory duties of the Joint Review Board (JRB). He noted the JRB provisions are provided for under the TIF Act. He discussed a report that would be sent to the Village Board with the recommendation of the JRB. This special meeting is because of a change in the legal description due to an error. The TIF boundaries, TIF map, address, and PINs are not changing. He said the Village passed a scriber’s error ordinance but also needed to go thru this process. The public hearing is scheduled for November 7th at the Village Board meeting and the Board would vote at the earliest of December 5th. Mr. Perry clarified this is a clerical error and Mr. Bayer said yes. Mr. Dillon clarified that the map was not changing and Mr. Bayer said that is correct. On a motion by Mr. Perry, with a second by Mr. Dillon, the JRB unanimously voted to authorize the Chairperson to send a recommendation for the changes in written form to the Board of Trustees. All members present voted in favor of the motion. 4.0 Adjournment On a motion by Mr. Helton, with a second by Ms. Volling, the meeting was adjourned at 3:11PM.
