All members present voted in favor of the motion. 5.0 Unfinished Business None 6.0 New Business Ms. Ganser noted this report is for fiscal year 2020 and reviewed the report. She said the TIF was expanded in 2020, as discussed at the last JRB meeting. Future reports will have line items for the Hoffmann Group project, at the site of the former Seminary.
