Roll Call Present 3 - Tom Fetters, Eileen Mueller, and Marcy Novak Absent 2 - Jennifer Henaghan, and Jack Jones Also present: Rita Schneider and Tami Urish, staff liaison. Approval of Minutes The minutes of the July 19, 2016 meeting were approved with no changes by Commissioner Fetters. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Novak. All were in favor, the motion passed. The minutes of the October 3, 2016 meeting were approved with no changes by Commissioner Mueller. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Novak. Unfinished Business 130270 Chicago, Aurora and Elgin Railroad/ Prairie Path Village of Lombard Page 1 Lombard Historic Preservation Minutes April 10, 2017 Commission Discussion relative to Commemorative Signage. The Committee met to discuss a day and time to hold a recognition ceremony for the completion of the signs. Staff is to coordinate the preparations of an invitation, program, and bookmark as discussed and ask the Village Communications Coordinator for any further assistance for the planned event of April 28, 2017 at 10 am at the intersection of Main Street and the Prairie Path. Commissioner Schneider volunteered to contact the Lombardian about the event. New Business None.
