The Committee recommends amending the Village Traffic Code to add the language "when pedestrians are present" to the prohibition of right turns on red signals for westbound Hickory Street onto Main Street. Staff is requesting a waiver of First Reading. (DISTRICT #4) 230390 Restrictions on Trucks on South Park Avenue between McGruire Drive and St. Charles Road Staff recommends an Ordinance Amending Article XV of the Lombard Traffic Code to restrict trucks exceeding Eight Thousand (8,000) pounds on South Park Avenue.
