The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 2- John Kaforski, and Mike Kuderna Abstain: 2- Ken Blakeslee, and David Arnold Absent: 4- Arthur Kuehl, Dan Mahal, Joe Glazier Jr., and Robert Bachner 5.0 Unfinished Business 6.0 Ratification 140428 2014 Driveway Apron, Curb and Sidewalk Restoration Program, Final Balancing Change Order No. 2 Reflecting an increase to the contract with Strada Construction Company in the amount of $2,108.15. (DISTRICTS - ALL) A motion was made by Mike Kuderna, seconded by John Kaforski, that this Resolution be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval . The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 7.0 Other Business 8.0 Information Only 140485 Village-Wide Pedestrian & Bike Master Plan Goldsmith: reviewed the plan with the committee members present. Kaforski: are we talking walks, easements, etc.? Goldsmith: preferred method is working within the existing right-of-ways. Kaforski: like the idea of connecting schools, parks, trails, etc. Discussion ensued. Goldsmith: will not be immediate changes, but improvements will be able to be programmed into the Capitol Improvement Program.
