Robert Bachner is Chairman this evening. Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. 2.0 Roll Call Present 6 - Arthur Kuehl, Mark Dvorak, Mike Kuderna, David Arnold, Joe Glazier Jr., and Robert Bachner Absent 2 - John Kaforski, and Allen Hennig 3.0 Public Participation Scott Zatt 134 W. Grove Lombard 4.0 Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Mike Kuderna, seconded by Joe Glazier, Jr., that the minutes be approved . The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 5.0 Unfinished Business 6.0 New Business 190382 Central Pressure Adjusting Station, Change Order No. 7 (Semi-Final) Reflecting an increase to the contract with JJ Henderson & Son in the amount of $22,865.10. (DISTRICT #4) Goldsmith reviewed this item with the committee members present. Discussion ensued. Motion made by Mike Kuderna, seconded by Mark Dvorak that this item be recommended to the Board of Trustees for Approval. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 190388 Request for Variation - Backyard Drainage Grant Staff presenting to the Committee for their review and recommendation for any deviations to the Village Board Policy. Goldsmith reviewed this item with the committee members present. Discussion ensued. Goldsmith: all of the proposals meet with the requirements of the Village. A motion was made by David Arnold, seconded by Joe Glazier,Jr. that this item be recommended to the Board of Trustees for Approval. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 190389 Tree Replacement Share Cost Options/Potential Reforestation Village of Lombard Page 1 Public Works & Environmental Minutes September 10, 2019 Concerns Fund Sources Staff recommendation to modify the ordinance to collect a fee calculated using replacement tree method described in memo. A motion was made by Mike Kuderna, seconded by David Arnold, that this Request be tabled. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 7.0 Other Business Arnold: I have been speaking with Dave Gorman regarding the recycling issues we spoke about at the last meeting. He informed me today that Waste Management will be ordering stickers for the dumpsters regarding contaminated waste. I mentioned to him that we need to have further education. Goldsmith: there will be an article in the next issue of the PRIDE regarding this matter. Bachner: Wilson and Westmore green arrows go on for turn lanes when no one is in them. Goldsmith: will have someone check this. Bachner: Stewart and Hickory there is a patch from a dig that has been there for quite a long time. Goldsmith: referred the committee to the map provided - Information Only.
