The motion carried by an unanimous vote. Aye: 5- Arthur Kuehl, John Kaforski, Mark Dvorak, Robert Bachner, and Allen Hennig Abstain: 2- David Arnold, and Joe Glazier Jr. Absent: 1- Mike Kuderna 5.0 Unfinished Business 6.0 New Business 190487 FY2019 Concrete Rehabilitation, Final Balancing Change Order No. 2 Reflecting a decrease to the contract with G&M Cement Construction, Inc. in the amount of $34,317.70. (DISTRICTS - ALL) Goldsmith: reviewed this item with the committee members present. A motion was madeby Joe Glazier, Jr., seconded by John Kaforski, that this Resolution be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. The motion passed by an unaimous vote. 190488 Traffic Signal at Finley Road and Oak Creek Drive, Final Balancing Change Order No. 3 Reflecting an increase to the contract with Home Towne Electric in the amount of $6,633.14. (DISTRICTS #2 & #3) Goldsmith: reviewed this item with the committee members present. Discussion took place regarding cell phone tower. A motion was madeby Robert Bachner, seconded by Mark Dvorak, that this Resolution be recommended to the Board of Trustees for approval. The motion passed bu an unanimous vote. Village of Lombard Page 1 Public Works & Environmental Minutes December 10, 2019 Concerns 190492 Commercial Recyclers Code - Amendment Regarding Terms and Conditions A staff recommendation to approve an amendment to the appropriate Village Code regarding Commercial Recyclers. Goldsmith: last meeting approved a code amendment. This is a companion to that amendment. Needed to put into Village code definition of recyclable items - code matches the contract. We have 4 out Commercial Recyclers out there and there is 1 open at this time. A motion was made by John Kaforski, seconded by Arthur Kuehl, that this Ordinance be recommended to the Board of Trustees. The motion passed by an unanimous vote. 7.0 Other Business 8.0 Information Only 190491 Restoration Map and Spread Sheet Goldsmith: we had a back log last time we reviewed this. Now we have a contractor that shows up, and weather has cooperated. Now that number has been reduced to less than half of what it was. 9.0 Adjournment A motion was made by Joe Glazier, Jr. and Allen Hennig that the meeting be adjourned at 7:10 PM.
