Staff also prefers to better balance the Commercial and Residential rates. Staff requests that the Committee discuss the aspects of the current Contract, and provide guidance for proceeding with the next five (5) year Contract term. 230242 Second Draft: FY2024-FY2033 Capital Improvement Program 6.0 New Business 230259 North Grace Street Underground Improvements, Change Order #1 Reflecting an increase of $194,143.55 to the contract with John Neri Construction Company. The revised contract amount represents field-measured quantities for contract pay items associated with the water and sewer improvements and supplemental pricing for work not covered by existing items. A time extension for a delay related to natural gas service relocation and additional sanitary sewer service separation work is also included.
