III Roll Call Present 6 - Keith Giagnorio, Dan Whittington, Mike Fugiel, Peter Breen, Laura Fitzpatrick, and Bill Ware Absent 2 - Sharon Kuderna, and Reid Foltyniewicz Staff Present: Executive Coordinator Carol Bauer Other Present: Mark Morien, Vice-President, Voorhees Associates, LLC IV Public Participation V Agenda VI Executive Session A motion was made by Trustee Dan Whittington, seconded by Trustee Peter Breen, that the Special Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 in the Village Manager's Office Conference Room was recessed to Executive Session at 1:46 p.m. for the purpose of discussion of Information Regarding the Appointment, Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Performance or Dismisssal of a Specific Employee or Specific Employees of the Village.
