II Pledge of Allegiance Director of Public Works Carl Goldsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. III Roll Call Present 8 - Anthony Puccio, Ranya Elkhatib, Brian LaVaque, Jessica Hammersmith, Bernie Dudek, Patrick Egan, Dan Militello, and Bob Bachner Department Heads and Staff Members Present IV Public Participation V Agenda 250289 Village of Lombard Strategic Plan Review and discussion regarding current conditions, key issues, and strategic goals to establish direction and guide development of the Village's upcoming Strategic Plan. Discussion and strategizing of community goals, Village Hall and staff collaboration, and outcome expectations. Group work to identify and lay out groundwork for various key issues and development guidance for strategically planning purposes. VI Adjournment A motion was made by Trustee Jessica Hammersmith, seconded by Trustee Bernie Dudek, that the Special Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lombard held on Friday, August 29, 2025 in the CommunityRoom of the Lombard Village Hall be adjourned at 1:35 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Brian LaVaque, Jessica Hammersmith, Bernie Dudek, Patrick Egan, Dan Militello, and Bob Bachner Village of Lombard Page 1
